Submit Stories, Pictures and/or Videos

Do you have stories of your time as a member of RCSCC John Travers Cornwell, VC? We’d love to hear them; and we’ll be posting some of them on our website for all to read. They may even make it into the yearbook we’re planning for the 100th anniversary celebration. So, send your stories, along with associated pictures, to us at the e-mail below. Please follow the guidelines below when submitting your stories and pictures.

• Please submit your stories in plain text, Microsoft Word or PDF format
• Please submit your pictures in a standard image format (e.g. JPG, GIF, TIF, etc.)
• Please submit your pictures in a 300 DPI resolution or larger
• Please identify the event, including the date (year at least), and the people in any pictures submitted
• Include your full name and the years you were an officer or cadet
• Check out what's been submitted already (2nd 50 Years) for ideas on how to submit your story

If you have videos that you wish to submit, please contact us at the e-mail below to arrange the transfer.

Please note that by submitting your pictures, stories and/or videos, you are giving us permission to post those items on our website and our Facebook page; and use them in our publications and promotional material for the R.C.S.C.C. John Travers Cornwell, VC 100th Anniversary Celebration.

Donate to the Alumni's 100th Anniversary Project

The Cornwell (Winnipeg) Branch of The Navy League of Canada is a registered charity. If you wish to donate to the Alumni to help support the 100th Anniversary project, please complete the Donation form and mail it, along with your cheque, to the address below. Your tax receipt will be mailed to you in early February.

Anniversary Steering Committee

The Anniversary Steering Committee is a sub-committee of the Cornwell (Winnipeg) Branch. The Branch has tasked this committee to plan an anniversary party for the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps John Travers Cornwell, VC. They are tasked with planning the year long event, fundraise for the event and the corps and undertaking projects to assist the corps and draw attention to the upcoming anniversary.
