Restoration of the
Chief and Petty Officers’ Mess Constitution

In 1962 the Chief & Petty Officers’ Mess drafted a constitution for the Mess. That Constitution, pictured to the left, has fallen on hard times. The Alumni would like to try and restore this document, but we require your assistance. A substantial piece on the left hand side is now missing.
