Ceremony of the Flags 1977

Over three nights, May 27th, 28th and 29th, 1977, the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps John Travers Cornwell VC performed the Ceremony of the Flags in Memorial Park. Two (first and last) of the following black and white photographs appeared in the Saturday Winnipeg Free Press on May 28, 1977.
