Ceremony of the Flags 1978

On May 28, 1978, the Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps John Travers Cornwell VC performed the Ceremony of the Flags at the Winnipeg Airshow at Canadian Forces Base Winnipeg. The Winnipeg Free Press reported: "Canadian forces officials estimate that more than 95,000 spectators visited the anniversary airshow Sunday at Canadian Forces Base Winnipeg..."
