HMCS Quadra, Comox BC

In the summer of 1971, at HMCS Quadra, three RCSCC John Travers Cornwell VC officers received their commision.
Those officers, appearing in the first picture below, are (l-r): S/Lt. Ted Lofto, SLt. Peavey Brown and SLt. Barry Wall.
